IMPORTANT NOTICE – BOOKING DEPOSIT AND SECURITY DEPOSIT PAYMENT ONLY

This listing is for booking deposit and security deposit payment only. It is not a separate accommodation listing and does not confirm any additional accommodation beyond the booking details agreed with Holiday Bach.

Please use this page only after receiving confirmation from Holiday Bach regarding your property, stay dates, total booking amount, deposit amount, payment instructions, and security deposit conditions.

Before making payment, please check that the following details have been confirmed with us:

• Property name
• Check-in and check-out dates
• Total accommodation price
• Deposit amount
• Remaining balance
• Balance payment due date
• Cancellation and refund conditions
• Security deposit refund conditions

Once the deposit has been successfully received, Holiday Bach will manually reserve the agreed dates on the calendar for your selected property. Your booking will then be confirmed separately by email or written message.

The deposit will be credited toward the total cost of your accommodation and is not an additional charge. The deposit may also be held as a security deposit. After check-out, the security deposit will be refunded in accordance with the agreed refund conditions, subject to any deductions for damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, unpaid charges, or breaches of the house rules.

Any remaining balance must be paid by the due date stated in your booking confirmation.

Please note that payment of the deposit alone does not change the agreed property, dates, guest numbers, or booking terms. Any changes must be approved in writing by Holiday Bach.

If the deposit amount shown on this page does not match the amount confirmed with you, please do not proceed with payment and contact Holiday Bach before continuing.

By completing this payment, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the booking details, payment schedule, cancellation policy, security deposit conditions, house rules, and other conditions provided by Holiday Bach.
